PNTA: Your Guide to the Future
Coemar ParLite LED: The Next Big Step in Entertainment Lighting
Traditionally, wash fixtures like PARs bring with them high power consumption, expensive lamps that burn out, gel that must be replaced often, and high heat that can cause a safety hazard. In addition to all this, you need a dimmer to change the intensity. Multiple channels of dimming are necessary for larger venues or touring shows.
These have long been the Facts of Life in lighting. Until now.
Imagine plugging 18 PARs into one 20-amp circuit with no heat build-up and with infinite color possibilities.
Welcome to the world of Coemar ParLite LED. This new fixture uses 0.5 amps, eliminating the need for a large power tie-in. The LED light source lasts 10 years on average, significantly reducing the cost of buying new lamps and eliminating the time needed to re-lamp fixtures.
LEDs inherently run cool, so there's no heat build-up. This makes the ParLite LED a perfect choice for small venues and reduces the need for air conditioning in larger venues.
Lighting intensity is controlled at the fixture via DMX 512, eliminating the need for a dimmer, and the ParLite LED is a red-green-blue color-mixing fixture. That means you don't need to buy gels, you don't need to spend time changing color and you can program one fixture to provide an infinite range of colors.
Awesome right? Now where are the flying cars?!
